It can guide customers to the correct booking path and can support simple calendar workflows when they fit the business. Complex staff, room, treatment, deposit, or resource scheduling should continue in your existing booking system.

We will notify you as usage approaches the included amount. Additional voice usage can be added separately so there are no unexpected unlimited-usage costs.

Yes. You can add or remove AI Concierge, or cancel Business without a long-term contract. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
